TURN KEY PROJECTS:

Design process for custom spaces, each project is approached with a unique vision that is dedicated to your needs. We start from the very beginning with architecture team and builders, you will receive 3D drawings, including 2D detailed drawings with selection of finishes, space planning and lighting distribution. Your interior designer will follow the installation process individually from the beginning till the end. This service should be contracted at the onset of the project, referred to as the pre-design phase or programming phase.

CONCEPT DESIGN + BRAND STRAGETY:

We’ll personalize your project to get the best experience. Brand and concept should be connect from the very begining, we create the guideline to define the interior design through look & feel/mood board, based on an initial market and trend research and hand to hand with brand strategist to develop everything that your project might need.

EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS + PROCUREMENT:
Access to trade only suppliers. We take care of the FF&E purchases of your project.

STYLING + SOURCING:
You have the big pieces in place, but need help accessorizing and placing the items to perfection. This way everyone involved in the design process is on the same page aesthetically.

CUSTOM MADE AND IMPORTED PIECES:
Together with our factory we design and build our own furniture in collaboration with local artisans and carpenters. Showcase with exclusive collections in stock, made locally and imported.

RENOVATION:
Renovation design begins with an assessment of your needs and a discussion of ideas and possibilities; a design budget is then prepared based on your project’s scope of work. Renovation means working with some of what you have existing, and completely transforming it into the home you want; Design determines what is needed, what is possible, what styles you love, and how we can bring it to life.
